Illinois First is a family owned business providing rental homes in the Champaign-Urbana community.  We are owner managed meaning that when you talk to us, you're talking to the owner.

We're proud of our homes.  We've even named several of our properties after our own children.

We only lease homes that we would be willing to live in ourselves and try to treat our tenants in the same manner we would like to be treated.  We do our best to provide clean, quiet properties in key locations while keeping our rental rates as low as possible.

Other landlords advertise low rents and then tack on extra charges for parking, sewer, drainage and recycling.  With Illinois First there are no hidden charges.  At most, the tenant just pays power and water.  At some homes, its just power.  No surprises
